HOME SURVEY
To prepare for your move our partner agent will coordinate at your residence and listen carefully to your needs to assess the requirements of your removal before preparing any quote. Some information will be requested to estimate the volume of your removal according to the goods you are planning to take.
QUOTATION
After survey, you will receive a detailed proposal with the description of the service offered, means of transport and all costs involved. The quote also includes relevant information on international insurance and customs regulations for the import of the shipment into Uruguay.
COORDINATION
Once the proposal is accepted, packing and shipping dates will be arranged by our partner agent within an agreed time frame. The necessary paperwork will also be prepared in order to coordinate customs procedures both in and out of Uruguay as well as coordinate air, sea or land freight shipment.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
URUVAN will be permanently in contact with you through our International Removal Department. A staff member will assist you on every aspect of your removal and will assure service process as promised.
FINAL DESTINATION
Your arrival date in Uruguay needs to be planned at least a week before your shipment´s arrival, in order to provide the necessary documentation to organize import customs clearance before your belongings could be delivered. Delivery date will be coordinated 48hs in advance. If your house is not yet ready we offer furniture storage at our own warehouse and for the time you need.
