SERVICES Furniture Storage

URUVAN offers a safe, clean and secure option for your effects in transit or long-term storage. Our storage area is of 4000m2, in 4 floors of 1000m2 each, loading elevator, purpose-built boxes for artwork, furniture, goods and files.

We have our own carpentry where wooden boxes, crates, pallets and other storage units are made. Other areas are allocated for packing and recyclable materials, parking of our fleet and staff recreation.

A 24hs security system protects our building as well as complying with the National Firemen Administration with a fire prevention system

HOME SURVEY

URUVAN will coordinate a survey at your home (free of charge) to assess your needs. Our commercial advisor will listen carefully to your needs and estimate volume of the personal effects needed to be taken to our storage.

QUOTING

After survey, a detailed quote will be sent to meet your specific needs, including services and costs.

COORDINATION

Once accepted, we will coordinate boxes delivery, packing and transport date to our warehouse.

PACKING

You can select where we should start packing your goods at our residence. Our professional moving staff will pack your effects as previously arranged with you. For information on our packing materials please see section "Boxes" on this website

CUSTOMER SERVICE

URUVAN will be in contact with you all through this process and our commercial advisor together with the Removal Department will assist you assuring service quality and answering any questions you may have during the time your belongings are stored. You are allowed to add or remove items from storage with reasonable notification.
